Arcadian Hotel and Resort Policy

Booking Cancellation or Amendment Policy 1. Tentative bookings may be changed or cancelled by a guest at any time prior to the confirmation deadline listed by Arcadian on the related tentative booking form; 2. Confirmed bookings cannot be cancelled for any reason or under any circumstances whatsoever; 3. Confirmed booking dates may, however, be changed upon the request of a guest, subject to the following conditions: a. During Winter and Spring Seasons and Ramzan, the change must be requested from Arcadian through email at least 72 hours in advance of 12 noon on the original check-in date; b. During the peak summer season, the change must be requested from Arcadian through email at least 7 days in advance of 12 noon on the original check-in date; c. No request for change of bookings will be entertained by Arcadian if the minimum notice periods listed in clauses 3.a and 3.b above are not provided; d. Provided that sufficient advance notice is provided for changing the dates of a confirmed booking, Arcadian shall accommodate such requests conditional upon the availability of the required rooms on the new dates. In case the required rooms are not available on the new dates requested, the guest will have the option of either: i. Moving the booking to the next available dates; ii. Availing the original booking as previously confirmed. 4. Guests may also request for their confirmed bookings in one Arcadian hotel to be transferred to another Arcadian hotel based upon the guidelines and limitations listed in clauses 3.a to 3.d above. In such cases, in clause 3.d., ‘on the new dates’ may be read as ‘in the other Arcadian property on the dates requested’; 5. Guests who cancel or request to change their confirmed bookings in contravention of the guidelines above shall forfeit the entire amount of advance payment made to Arcadian against the bookings in question and they shall not be entitled to any refunds whatsoever in such cases; 6. These policies regarding booking cancellations or changes may be amended by Arcadian Hotels and Resorts (Private) Limited at any time and at its sole discretion.
